Bought three months ago for my ten month old granddaughter.
Some descriptions of this item state suitable from 2-3 years old, but due to the safety side bars and long handle (both removable), it has been very safe for my princess at her younger age. She has enjoyed being pushed along many times inside the house. Retractable foot pads for little one to rest feet on too. Block underneath at rear prevents tipping backwards.
As she grows she should propel herself well on laminate flooring inside the house, and good pavement outside, as well as steer it herself (ie, the parent controlled long handle at the back having been easily removed).
Lovely sounding tunes and beeps on the nice-feel steering wheel and push buttons. That part requires AA batteries.
Shame there are no flashing lights. Indicators would be nice to see.
It looks quality and is a very robust, posh looking ‘Merc’ toddler ride-on car.
In my opinion worth paying the usual retail price of around £60 to £70 for this car, although it is on offer sometimes too – all the better if so.
